O – Open pairs tournament in rapid chess

Right of participation: pairs without age and performance limitations
System of tournament: Swiss system of 7 rounds, before the tournament each pair will assign players for 1st and 2nd chessboard
Criteria used for ranking:
1. total of points gained on individual chessboards (so called olympic system)
2. median Buchholz
3. Buchholz
4. Sonnenborn-Berger
5. lot
prizes are distributed according to Hort system (among 3 top pairs)
Rating of the tournament: 2x 10 min + 5 s / move
Tournament prize fund (financial prizes in CZK, payment in EUR possible): 4.500 CZK altogether

Starting fee is given in EUR (payments in CZK and USD possible):
| a pair of players without GM,IM,WGM or WIM title | 8,5 |

| a pair of players out of which both have the title GM,IM,WGM or WIM | 0,0 |
Discounts: young players up to 18 years of age, seniors over 65 years of age and women have 25% discount, these discounts do not refer to additional charge for late registration and are not added up
Applications for this tournament are not registered and it is possible to register for it only on the day of launching of the tournament.
