T - Problem solving competition
12.-13.7. 2008
Right of participation: solvers without age and performance limitations
Competition system: competition will be realized by the same way as the world championship with the possibility to obtain the international solving rating
Criteria used for ranking: for complete solution of chess problem the solver gets 5 points (i.e. max. 90 points for 18 problems), in case of equality of points shorter used time is decisive
Financial prizes (financial prizes in CZK, payment in EUR or USD possible):

Starting fee: 8,5 EUR
Discounts: discount of 25% for youngsters up to 18 years of age, seniors over 65 years and women
Free start: GM, IM, WGM and WIM in practical chess or solving, participants with the solving rating > 2400
Late registrations: Those players whose application will be registered after 15.6. 2008 will pay additional charge of 2,0 EUR.

14.35 - 15.35 2. round - 3 threemovers (Ideon)
15.50 - 17.30 3. round - 3 studies (Ideon)
Sunday 13.7.
09.30 - 10.20 4. round - 3 helpmates (Ideon)
10.35 - 11.55 5. round - 3 moremovers (Ideon)
12.10 - 13.00 6. round - 3 selfmates (Ideon)
14.00 - 14.30 results presentation (Ideon)
Place: Registration will take place at the CEZ Arena, presentation of results and the solving will take place at the Ideon
