Q1,Q2,Q3 - Open blitz tournaments series
22.-24.7. 2008
Right of participation: players without age and performance limitations
System of tournament: 3 separate tournaments, Swiss system of 7 double
rounds (a player will obtain 1 point for 2 wins or 1 win and a draw, 0,5 point
for a win and a defeat or for 2 draws, no point for 2 defeats or for a defeat
and a draw in each double round)
Criteria used for ranking:
1. number of points
2. Buchholz
3. middle Buchholz
4. average ELO of rivals
5. lot
prizes are distributed according to Hort system (among 3 top players)
Rating of the tournament: 5 minute for a game and a player
Tournament prize fund (financial prizes in CZK, payment in EUR or USD possible):
altogether 3.000 CZK for each tournament
Starting fee for each tournament is given in EUR (payments in CZK and USD possible):

Place: Registration, presentation of results and all games will take place at the CEZ Arena
