4. average ELO of rivals

prizes are distributed according to Hort system (among 10 top players)
Rating of tournament: 2 x 1,5 h + 30 s / move
Waiting time in case of late coming is 1 h
Tournament prize fund (financial prizes in CZK, payment in EUR or USD according to valid exchange rate):

Discounts: young players up to 18 years of age, seniors over 65 years of age and women players have 25% discount, these discounts do not refer to additional charge for late registration and are not added up
Late registrations: Those players whose application will be registered after
15.6. 2009 will pay additional charge of 2 EUR.

Place: Registration, solemn presentation of results and all games will take
place at the CEZ Arena
