According to rules for European Championship ECSC, full rules should be found at
http://www.geocities.com/solvingchess/rules_ecsc.html. The competition will be European Championship in categories juniors and women as well, if conditions given in rules are fulfilled.
Main judge: Ward Stoffelen (BEL)
Helping judge: Pavel Kamenik (CZE), possibly others
Accommodation:
Euro hotel **** (at a distance of 100 m from Ideon, a new modern furnished hotel)
2-bed rooms with air-conditioning and one's own WC and shower, price including breakfast 80 EUR/room and night. If only 1 person occupies the room, 73 EUR/room and night is charged
2-bed rooms with one's own WC and shower, price including breakfast 73 EUR/room and night. If only 1 person occupies the room, 65 EUR/room and night is charged
Hotel Labe *** (at a distance of 1 km from Ideon)
2-bed rooms with one's own WC and shower, price including breakfast 50 EUR/room and night. If only 1 person occupies the room, 46 EUR/room and night is charged
Participation fee for players who are not accommodated in above given official hotels is 10 EUR.
Free entrance to a solemn cocktail party and a social evening for all participants of the European championship and their accompanying persons.

* The order of round 4 and round 6 could be replaced because of the faster processing of results and it will be specified at the captains' meeting.
Accompanying programme: trips for accompanying people, rich possibilities of swimming in two modern aqua parks
Discount system in selected shops and facilities: for all participants and accompanying people discount system in selected shops and restaurants will be available again
Payments for accommodation arranged by the organizer and possible participation fee will be collected during the registration in cash in EUR, CZK or USD or by means of debit and credit cards: Eurocard/Master Card, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, JCB or Diners Club.
