5. If one needs a police verified invitation for getting visa to the Czech Republic, it is necessary to keep following instructions:

First to send us an application form with names (according to passports), dates of birth, passport numbers, ratings, accommodation requests, date of arrival in and departure from the Czech Republic, postal address (no P.O. Box), telephone number for getting package from DHL and confirmation from the national chess federation that all people are really chess players or chess officials.

After receiving the confirmation of participation from us, send us advance in the amount of 100 EUR for a package (for DHL service) plus 10 EUR for each person (for verification).

Before asking visa it is necessary to arrange the health insurance by yourselves.

Visa arranging takes abt. 30 days so it is necessary to ask for it in time.
