System of tournament: Swiss system of 7 rounds

2. median Buchholz
3. Buchholz
4. number of wins
prizes are distributed according to Hort system (among 8 top players)
Rating of tournament: 2 x 1,5 h + 30 s / move
Waiting time in case of late coming is 1 h
Tournament prize fund (financial prizes in CZK, payment in EUR or USD according to valid exchange rate): 20.000 CZK altogether

Discounts: young players up to 18 years of age, seniors over 65 years of age and women players have 25% discount, these discounts do not refer to additional charge for late registration and are not added up
Late registrations: Those players whose application will be registered after 15th June 2011 will pay additional charge of 2,5 EUR.
